1. Acceptance
By accessing or using SYIFTA, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
2. Eligibility
SYIFTA is available to (a) Malaysian healthcare facilities licensed to operate under applicable regulations and (b) individual healthcare professionals holding a valid Malaysian licence or registration in their profession.
3. Verification
Professionals must provide accurate credentials for verification. Facilities must provide accurate registration information. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that fail verification or provide false information.
4. Marketplace role
SYIFTA is a technology platform that connects facilities and professionals. We are not the employer of professionals and are not a party to any employment or engagement contract between a facility and a professional.
5. Payments
Facilities pay a service fee per filled shift as described on our Pricing page. Professionals receive the agreed rate through the platform's secure FPX / DuitNow payout flow.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the platform, circumvent verification, publish false information, or use SYIFTA in a way that breaches Malaysian law or professional regulatory duties.
7. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SYIFTA is provided "as is". Our liability for any claim arising from your use of the platform is limited to fees paid to us in the three months preceding the claim.
8. Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms or where required by law.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.
